BEFORE REPLENISHING OILY PETROL TO THE MACHINE, AGITATION PROCEDURE SHOULD NECESSARILY BE COMPLETED OUTSIDE IN A BIN. IN THE PETROL-OIL MIXTURE, USE THE INJECTOR (50 ML) TAKING PLACE IN THE SET.

PUSH THE BLACK CLAMP ON THE CARBURATOR TO THE (SYMBOL, OPEN : III ) RUBBER PUMP, WHICH IS AGAIN ON THE CARBURATOR. THEN FILL THE ENGINE/CARBIRATOR WITH PETROL BY PUMPING THE RUBBER PUMP. SWITCH THE BLACK CLAMP TO I/I OFF POSITION.

SWICTH THE BUTTON ON THE GAS TRIGGER TO ON POSITION. PULL THE START ROPE BY STEPPING ON THE GAS UNTIL IT OPERATES. SWICTH THE BLACK CLAMP ON THE CARBURATOR TO SYMBOL OPEN : III POSITION, RIGHT AFTER THE MACHINE STARTS.

STOP BUTTON : IS THE OFF POSITION OF THE BUTTON ON THE GAS TRIGGER ON THE RIGHT DRAWBAR HANDLE.

PERFORM RUNNING-IN PROCEDURE IN THE FIRST START-UP UNTIL ONE OILY PETROL TANK FINISHES, BY STEPPING ON THE GAS OFF AND ON WITHOUT OVERLOADING THE MACHINE.

DO NOT OPERATE THE MACHINE WITHOUT OILY PETROL ON ANY ACCOUNT.

SHELL 95 OCTANE PETROL IS RECOMMENDED FOR THE DRILLER MACHINE.

REST THE MACHINE FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER EACH ONE HOUR OF OPERATION.

WHILE USING THE MACHINE AND REPLENISHING FUEL, KEEP FIRE, SPARKLY OBJECTS, SMOULDERING CIGARETTE AND SIMILAR ITEMS AWAY. DO NOT OPERATE AND STOP THE MACHINE WHILE DELIVERING FUEL.

USE PROTECTIVE OVERALLS AND EQUIPMENT (PROTECTIVE GLASSES, EARBUDS, DUST MASK, GLOVES, SAFETY HELMET AND WORK SHOES AND SIMILAR EQUIPMENT) WHILE USING THE MACHINE AND DOING DRILLING APPLICATIONS IN ALL CONSCIENCE.

NECESSARILY EMPTY THE OILY PETROL LEFT IN THE TANK, AFTER YOU ARE FINISHED WITH THE MACHINE.

DESCRIPTION OF APPLICATION ON FIRM GROUNDS VIA MANUAL CORE DRILL MACHINE AND DRILLING-CORE EQUIPMENT

BLOCK WHEELS ARE IN A CLOSED STATE. IN ORDER TO OPEN (DRESSING PROCEDURE) BLOCK WHEEL ENDS, ATTACH THE BLOCK WHEEL END TO CORE DRILL STEM BAR AND AS ATTACHED TO THE MACHINE, SPIN IT BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MINUTES ON CONCRETE. SINCE THERE IS SAND IN CONCRETE, BLOCK WHEEL END WILL BE OPENED THROUGH FRICTION.

THE AREA (THAT THE BLOCK WHEEL WILL TOUCH), ON WHICH DRILLING-CORE APPLICATION WILL BE MANUALLY MADE, SHOULD BE TUMBLED BY A HAMMER OR A SIMILAR TOOL. TUMBLING PROCEDURE WILL ENABLE THE CENTERING OF DRILLING CORE MACHINE AND DRILLING STEM BAR (CORE DRILL) (THE STEM BAR THAT THE DIAMOND IS ATTACHED IN THE END). HAND-HELD CORE DRILL STEM BARS ARE 50 CM IN HEIGHT. MANUAL DRILLING-CORE APPLICATION IS STARTED WITH 50 CM CORE DRILL (STEM BAR WITH DIAMOND IN THE END). AFTER 50 CM DEPTH IS REACHED, DRILLING-CORE APPLICATION IS CONTINUED BY ATTACHING A BACK STEM (EXTENSION STEM) TO THE BACK OF THE CORE DRILL (STEM BAR WITH DIAMOND IN THE END). IN CASE EXCESS PRESSURE IS APLIED TO THE MACHINE DURING DRILLING APPLICATION, CLUTCH DISCS OF THE MACHINE WILL BE USED UP EARLY. A PASSIVE/LIGHT PRESSURE SHOULD BE APPLIED DURING CORE-BIT MANUAL DRILLING CORE APPLICATION.

PRICKING/DRILLING PROCEDURE BY HAND-HELD CORE-BIT DRILLING MACHINE AND ITS EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE PERFORMED WITH AN ANGLE OF 90 DEGREES AND THIS ANGLE SHOULD BE KEPT. OPERATE WITHOUT HEWING OUT (FORCING BACK) THE MACHINE. OPERATE CAREFULLY FOR YOUR ARMS NOT TO BE HARMED IN CASES OF END/STEM BAR JAMMINGS DURING MANUAL DRILLING CORE APPLICATION. FOR EXAMPLE: IN JAMMINGS, WHICH MAY OCCUR DURING OPERATION, REMOVE THE JAMMED ARM WITH T SHAPED STEM BAR RESCUE ARM BY SEPARATING THE MACHINE FROM THE END. APPLY GREASE OIL TO THE BACK PARTS (WHERE STEM BARS INTERTANGLE) OF ALL HAND HELD CORE-DRILLING EQUIPMENT/ALL STEM BARS.

WATER USAGE IN MANUAL DRILLING APPLICATION IS QUITE IMPORTANT. WATER WILL COOL DOWN THE STEM BARS THAT HEATED BECAUSE OF FRICTION AND WILL HAVE GREAT CONTRIBUTION IN THE CUTTING PROCEDURE. AT LEAST 15 LITERS OF WATER WILL BE CONSUMED FOR 2-3 METERS OF DEPTH. IN CASE LITTLE OR NO WATER IS GIVEN DURING MANUAL DRILLING CORE APPLICATION, STEM BARS AND BLOCK WHEELS GET HARMED AND HAND TYPE CORE DRILLING APPLICATION BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE BY JAMMING WITHIN THE HOLE. BE CERAFULL AND CAUTIOUS FOR YOUR ARMS NOT TO BE HARMED IN A JAMMING THAT MAY OCCUR DURING DRILLING APPLICATION.

WHILE PERFORMING CORE DRILLING APPLICATION WITH A MANUAL DRILLING CORE MACHINE, LIFTING UP AND LEVELING DOWN THE HAND TYPE DRILLING CORE MACHINE FOR 10-15 CM WILL ENABLE THE MUDDY WATER TO BE REMOVED OUT OF THE HOLE AND THE STEM BAR, AND EASE MANUAL CORE DRILLING APPLICATION.

PLACE LIQUID SOAP IN THE WATER PUMPS DURING CORE-BIT MANUAL DRILLING MACHINE APPLICATION. SOAP EASES CUTTING PROCEDURE.

YOU CAN PERFORM DRILLING-CORE APPLICATION BY HAND TYPE DRILLING CORE MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT AS VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL.

WHEN THE DRILLING-CORE OPERATION YOU PERFORMED BY HAND TYPE DRILLING-CORE MACHINE ENDS, CLEAN AND DRY YOUR STEM BARS AND CORE DRILLS. OIL THE PLACES THAT STEM BARS INTERTANGLE WITH GREASE OIL.

USAGE OF SPIN APPARATUS ON SOFT GROUNDS FOR DRILLING (PERFORATION) APPLICATION

1- STEM BARS DESINGED FOR DRILLING (PERFORATION) APPLICATIONS ON SOFT GROUNDS ARE SHAPED AS SPIN-SPIRAL. THE PROCEDURE OF DRILLING ON SOFT GROUNDS IS STARTED WITH PRIMER SPIN THAT HAS A TWIST DRILL IN ITS END. 2- PERFORATION WITH THE MACHINE SHOULD BE DONE WITH AN ANGLE OF 90 DEGREES AND THIS ANGLE SHOULD BE SUSTAINED. OPERATE WITHOUT HEWING OUT (FORCING BACK) THE MACHINE. 9- WHEN THE DRILLING OPERATION ENDS, CLEAN AND DRY YOUR SPINS. OIL THE PLACES THAT SPINS INTERTANGLE WITH GREASE OIL.
